Guil-Lifter warrants that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Guil-Lifter warrants that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. This warranty is applicable for 90 days from the date of completion of the service.

This warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, or power surges

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

4. Resolution: If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund for the purchase price of the product or service.

You are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us for inspection. If the warranty claim is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guil-Lifter's liability under this Warranty Policy is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product or service. Guil-Lifter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or service.

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable states of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Warranty Policy shall be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.
